In the years before the 2003 fire, Vic added additional cabins to my old Mt Lemmon Cabin Rentals. I had moved to Vista California, near San Diego and I never revisited Mt Lemmon until 2011. The fire destroyed all he added and only the picture above shows his outstanding creativity. I understand Vic passed in 2020.
Vic purchased Mt Lemmon Cabin Rentals from the guy who I traded for his15% ownership in 3 pumping Oil Wells in Kansa plus 10 acres along the Eastern border of AZ. In 1985 no one was willing to pay $350,000 for my 6 cabin rental property.
In 1977 Ray Zukowski purchased one of the original Rubin rental cabins. This cabin was once used as the local public School building back in 1953.
