Thanks for working with us so we could visit your condo #308 at Seven Lakes.
After getting the key from the Entry gate guard and going back to your unit I had great difficulty with opening your front door. The key would completely turn but the door was stuck to the door frame. I was about to give up when I decided to bump the bottom of your door and it opened. It was badly stuck.
After just finishing viewing another unit in building #25 that was renovated and totally spotless your unit needed a lot of help.
Don't know if you ever got this message from Treeline Home Watch that was on the counter?
All of your closets were full.
After just seeing a clean, spotless and great smelling new renovated condo in building #25, yours REALLY needed help to get it ready for showing.
Had your unit been ready for showing, totally cleaned, smelling good and with empty closets and your new refrigerator finished, plus the mold report info on the counter you might have had a better chance of renting it.
We liked the whole area and the friendly people and will be moving into building #25 on December 29th.
Once we are living in the community, I would be more than happy to see if I could help you.
Also, when you have it back on the market I would be happy to take pictures and build you another Nugget like the one I just sent my family of our moving to Seven Lakes
