Hi everyone,
Just a quick update on a few issues discussed at our meeting this past Monday:
1. Field Trip
The field trip to Everglades Wonder Garden will be on Monday, February 21st. Members will meet at 9:30 am in the parking lot adjacent to the pickleball / shuffle ball courts. Everglades Wonder Garden is open daily from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm. The admission fee is $12.00 for adults and $10.00 for seniors over the age of 65. The address is 27180 Old 41 Road, Bonita Springs, 34135. Phone number is (239) 992-2591. According to Google the ride should take around 32 minutes.
2. Photo replacement in Atrium Hallway
The photos in the Atrium will soon be replaced. If you wish to have your photos considered please submit three (3) photographs by email to Terry Meyers on or before February 21st. Terry's email address is terrymkeuka@gmail.com. The jury committee will consider the submissions, giving preference to new members.
3. Seven Lakes Web Page
As discussed at our meeting, I spoke to Karen Jenkins, Lifestyle Media Coordinator, regarding the listing of Camera Club Members on the web page. She has agreed to make the modifications we requested.
4. Our 2022 Meeting Schedule
The Camera Club 2022 Meeting Schedule has been updated to include the field trips as decided by the membership at our recent meeting. The revised schedule is attached to this email.
