NeighborVision was created in 2007 to help capture and document the local news and events happening in the Walton County community along the Gulf Coast of Florida.

During the years Kassie and I lived at the beach we had lots of opportunity to film local events, government meetings, beautiful properties, water sports and the history of this beautiful part of Florida.

Our move to the Salt Lake City ended NeighborVision as it was originally created.  The videos you see here are just a small fraction of the film work we produced from 2007 - 2013.

NeighborVision will no longer have an active website for you to visit. We will keep the domain name stored for a future time when we find the perfect active community, ready to expand and share the excitement of their retired lives with friends and relative around the world.

Please enjoy this small fraction of our collection of the activities and events we had the opportunity to capture before leaving Destin Florida at the end of 2013.  

The very last video here was recorded at the Sundance Film Festival, Park City in early 2014 just after moving to Utah.  

Thanks to Carolyn who helped us in our search to find a condo in southern Florida...at the Seven Lakes Golf and Tennis Community in Ft. Myers.  Let's GO.

Our stay in Ft Myers 12/29/2021 until 04/28/2022 was very enjoyable especially spending the winter without  snow to shovel in Salt Lake City. 

For those who don't know, Ft Myers is way down near the bottom of the Florida. 

Not only did we visit all the surrounding towns but we also spent a few days visiting all the towns on the East Coast from Miami up to Jupiter. Beautiful surf and beach towns all the way up. Trumps Maralargo was outstanding.

Our stay at the Seven Lakes was a total joy and we had the opportunity to meet lots of great people.

Seven Lakes had a population of nearly 2,000 residents with lots of fun and interesting activities always going on.

My how quick four months can fly by.

At the moment of this writing we are spending our summer 06/01/2022 - 10/15/2022 in the mountains of North Georgia at the Coosawattee River Resort near the town of Ellijay. Our 3 BDR cabin is hidden in the tall timbers and daily we have frendly deer visiting. We know God picked this unexpected location to show us His breathtaking mountain creations.
