Tina and I were the first two cousin born to the Zukowski Family.
Tina's dad was the famous Johnny Zeke and was my boyhood hero. Getting to watch him race was the most exciting thing I can remember.
Our families got together at Grandma Zukowski's house for most of the holidays I can remember.
Every year we were dressed up in Polish costumes and marched in the New York Pulaski Day Parade.
